Production & Shipping

Production

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within two working days. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.

For large or urgent orders, contact us in advance so we can provide an accurate delivery estimate.
During peak periods, production may take longer if our daily capacity is exceeded, but we will always do our best to stay within the two-day window.

Shipping

We ship worldwide using Royal Mail. Once your order reaches your country, it will be transferred to your national postal service (e.g. USPS in the United States or Canada Post in Canada).

UK Delivery

Royal Mail Tracked 48 – £2.95

International Delivery

EU – £5 (average 5+ days)
Outside EU – £6 (average 6+ days)
Tracked service – £12 (average 6+ days, required for some destinations)

Please note: delivery times are averages and not guaranteed.

Customs & Import Duties

EU & International orders – You may be required to pay customs / import duty when your order arrives (or before). We do not charge VAT or additional fees at checkout.
United States orders – Despite recent tariff changes, we continue to ship as normal. Royal Mail requires us to cover customs fees, and these costs are already included in our prices.

Need it faster?

Our standard shipping is reliable and cost-effective, but if you’re on a deadline (e.g., racing soon), we can arrange expedited shipping with couriers such as UPS. Just email us before placing your order, and we’ll provide a quote.
