Terms and Conditions / Returns – Offset Bushings


Due to every bushing being custom made, we can only offer refunds on the basis of manufacturing error and not customer error when ordering. This means we cannot accept refunds if you decide you no longer want / need your bushings or if you choose to supply your own measurements and these are incorrect.

Terms and Conditions

- It is down to the customer to check clearance for using Offset Bushings, we cannot do this for every frame / shock combination.
- It is down to the customer to check the quantity of bushings they can install in their bike. If a pair is ordered for a bike that accepts one bushing, we will send a pair of the same size as per the order.
- It is down to the customer to check their bike is compatible with Offset Bushings. We ship the correct width hardware for your frame. If you have an unusual setup which includes proprietary spacers then you may have fitment issues.
- If a customer supplies an incorrect delivery address we are unable to refund or claim any costs if the product does not arrive.
- If a customer chooses to use a postal method outside of our standard options (AirMail), such as a courier like FedEx or UPS - we are not responsible for the cost of shipping in any situation.


- Shock bushings are designed to wear over time. How long this takes can be affected by many different factors such as suspension design, maintenance, riding conditions, amount of use & other components. We cannot offer replacements or refunds if a bushing has worn over time. They must be replaced, much like a worn tyre. 

We bear no responsibility for any damage caused when using Offset Bushings. If you are unsure about how much clearance you require, we're happy to help out so get in touch.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase - a copy of an order confirmation email.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
