Designed to improve your bikes geometry by slackening the head angle and lowering the bottom bracket. This increases stability at speed/on steep terrain and aids cornering ability.
Available in 12.7mm (1/2") or 12mm diameter.
Machined to high tolerances from Brass with Aluminium spacers. Brass has self lubricating properties which make it the perfect material for a bushing - which is why it's commonly used for industrial bushings, unlike Steel bushings which can potentially damage shock bolts due to their hardness. For the most notable change, we recommend a pair of bushings. This is what 99% of customers order.
Very simple to install with no special tools needed.

Average adjustment - single Offset Bushing (x2 for a pair)

6mm diameter - 3mm offset each, ~ 0.75° head angle adjustment.
8mm diameter - 2mm offset each, ~ 0.5° head angle adjustment.
10mm diameter - 1mm offset each, ~ 0.25° head angle adjustment.
3/8" (old Santa Cruz) also supported.

This is just the most frequently ordered sizes - we custom make every bushing so we can make almost any size!
Please note there is a £5 surcharge for sizes over 55mm. There is a £10 surcharge for 59.9mm +. We will contact you after ordering if your frame uses this hardware.
