Per bushing, so double these for a pair:
- 6 mm bolt: 3 mm offset, about 0.75° slacker and 7.5 mm lower
- 8 mm bolt: 2 mm offset, about 0.5° slacker and 5 mm lower
- 10 mm bolt: 1 mm offset, about 0.25° slacker and 2.5 mm lower
- 3/8″ bolts (older Santa Cruz) also supported
Rough averages, as every bike is a little different due to leverage ratios and shock lengths. The clearance needed around the eyelet equals the offset per bushing.

How they work
What will it do to my bike?
Our Offset Bushings adjust your bike's geometry, slackening the head angle and lowering the bottom bracket to improve handling. The bolt hole is offset, so fitted facing the middle of the shock it reduces the effective eye-to-eye.

Fitting your Offset Bushings
Press out the old hardware and press in the new, with the offset holes facing the middle of the shock. A bushing tool makes it easy. Then check your sag, as the shock sits a touch differently.
Compatibility
Will it work on my bike?
Offset Bushings fit any shock with a standard 12.7 mm (½″) eyelet: Fox, RockShox, DVO, EXT, Push, Cane Creek and more. Three things to know before you order:

Room around the eyelet
The shock's eyelet moves by the offset, so it needs that much clearance from the frame or linkage: 2 mm per bushing with 8 mm bolts. Nearly every bike has it, but it's worth checking on yours. Not sure? Ask us.

Holes face the middle
Fit them with the offset holes facing the middle of the shock. That's the only way we recommend using them; our fitting guide shows how.

Easy to undo
Want your stock geometry back? Just refit standard bushings. Nothing on the bike is cut or changed.

Do I need one or two?
One kit fits one end of the shock. A pair, one at each end, gives the full change: with the average adjustments detailed above. Trunnion shocks have one eyelet, so they take one.
Does it affect rear travel?
No. The stroke doesn't change, so rear travel remains unaffected. Only the effective eye-to-eye is reduced, which slackens the head angle and lowers the bottom bracket.
Which way round do they go?
With the offset holes facing the middle of the shock. That shortens the eye-to-eye. We don't recommend fitting them the other way round. Our fitting guide shows how.
Will there be enough clearance?
The eyelet needs room equal to the offset: 2 mm per bushing with 8 mm bolts, 3 mm with 6 mm, 1 mm with 10 mm. Nearly every bike has it, but please check yours. If you're unsure, ask us before you order.
How quickly will it arrive?
