Easy to install. Tough to know the actual change in HTA, but with a pair of offset bushings (8mm shock eyelet bolt), I measured a realworld BB height reduction of 6mm on my 2021 Orbea Occam H10 size medium. This helped to offset the BB height increase from overforking the bike to 150mm. Also, I run a 2.6 Specialized Butcher on the rear, and when I deflated the rear shock to compress the rear triangle, I had plenty of available space at full compression to allow for mud clearance & tire growth under load (I can't recall the exact measure, but it notably exceeded the recommended minimum of 6-8mm). And, I checked for potential contact points with seat post and top tube and found nothing with tight margins.
