I ordered using a spec sheet for the bike as I didn’t have the frame to hand to measure, and Jeron replied same day saying the measurement wasn’t in line with what they had in their database and provided me with the correct size. Excellent customer service and quality products

Perfect shock hardware

Perfect shock hardware. I searched for ages trying to find the exact hardware dimensions for a 2018 Orbea Rallon - even Orbea UK couldn't tell me (which is crazy!). But Offset Bushings let you enter your bike model rather than selecting the actual dimensions, and the hardware sent fit perfectly - very happy!
